En 1994, Dominique a remporté le deuxième prix du concours national « Jazz sous les
pommiers » avec le groupe Toile Métisse, une reconnaissance qui souligne son talent et son
dévouement à la musique.
Musicien interprète
Dominique a une riche expérience en tant que musicien interprète. En 2024, il a donné des
concerts avec Fabienne Magnant et Zé Luis Nascimento. En 2022, il a créé le « Bal des
générations » pour les 30 ans de la Friche de la Belle de Mai à Marseille avec Julie Mélina
Macaire-Ettabaâ, Alice Lechartier, Dario de Filippo et Laurent Hestin, et a tourné dans les
Asturies avec le Monica’s Dream 4tet. En 2021, il a participé au Festival de Jazz de Bergerac
en trio avec Taoufik Bargoud et Ravy Magnifique. En 2019, il a donné des concerts avec El
Senor Igor. En 2018, il a été en résidence au Plan pour une création avec Franck Tortiller et
Ravy Magnifique, et a donné un concert à la Cité de la musique de Marseille avec Shono. En
2017, il a tourné à Paris avec le quartet de Monica Acevedo de Pablo et avec le groupe «
Les gens du voyage ». En 2016, il a tourné au Brésil avec Maria Ines Guimaraes. En 2014, il
a donné des concerts à Paris avec Gianluca Campanino et Mitwotf. En 2013, il a tourné avec
Squeeze Band en Amérique du Sud et en Europe. En 2012, il a participé à l’Ethno-Jazz
festival de Chișinău avec Squeeze Band et au festival « Au sud du Nord » avec le MIG 4tet.
En 2011, il a participé au Festival de Kempten avec le Squeeze Band et au Jazz Festival "Au
Sud.
Compositeur et arrangeur
Dominique est également un compositeur et arrangeur talentueux. En 2022, il a créé le
spectacle "Les hommes de la dernière frontière" au Festival de l’Eau Vive de Bannans. En
2020, il a été arrangeur sur le titre « Angoisse » du rappeur A2H. En 2018, il a dirigé et écrit
un projet bigband de jazz et chœur gospel pour l’agglomération Grand Paris Sud Sénart.

Sonora 6, Archie Shepp, Ragunat Mahnet, and Ravy Magnifique. In 2006, he was a bassist
in a creation for the Arab World Festival in Montreal. In 2005, he toured with African
American singer Chelsea. In 2004, he toured Greece with Ravy Magnifique, David Liebman,
and Chico Freeman, and performed with the reggae group NZH. In 2002, he participated in
several free parties with 69db and MC Tabloid. In 2001, he performed with the band of Ravy
Magnifique and toured with the group Zeph.
